Shipping Info

 

Current turnaround time is approximately 6 weeks for handmade products. All products are carefully handmade just for you and this takes time. 

All our products are assembled and not flat pack, as such this does raise the shipping costs due to the size and weight, but we try very hard to keep those costs as low as we can. We pass on the shipping cost to the customer and do not make a profit from shipping. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier. 

At present we do not offer international shipping but if you are interested please contact us with your country/delivery details and we will try to provide you with a shipping quote.

Shipping costs are automatically added at the checkout.

FREE pick up is available from Mount Evelyn VICTORIA.  

All 'Real Cat Trees' rates are:

  • Regional Victoria - $100

Personally delivered by Furbaby Comforts right into where you would like it positioned in your home. 

Interstate delivery is available, please contact us with the Cat Tree you are interested in and your postcode and we will advise you of the delivery fee.
