Change of mind

HANDMADE PRODUCTS - As our handmade products are custom made Furbaby Comforts do not offer a refund or exchange should you change your mind or not like the product you have received. Please ensure upon ordering to check all details, measurements, colour choices ect..

ALL CAR DOG RAMPS- If you are not happy with your purchase upon receiving it or believe another size/style may be more suitable please contact us for an exchange or full refund. The ramp must be in it's original condition and not have been used. All returns must be in original factory packaging with all original packing materials. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, after the ramp has been received by us we will action exchange or refund.

ALL CAR DOG RAMPS- All styles of our car dog ramps come with a two year
warranty against defects in materials and workmanship excluding normal wear and tear. The Carry Case comes with a one year warranty. 

On the rare occasion that a product may be found to be faulty or defective and it is still within its warranty period, we offer the choice of a suitable replacement if one is available or a full product refund.  All returns must be in original factory packaging with all original packing materials. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, after the ramp has been received by us we will action exchange or refund. 

Shipping damage or loss

We carefully pack all our products prior to shipping using high quality packing materials. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged or lost in transit please refer to the following.

You will be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund which will be determined by us.

We ask that you keep all packaging in case you need to make a return - we cannot accept a return without the original packaging.

To start this process please email us within 48 hours of receipt. Please include a description and a photo of the damage to the product as well as a photo of the packaging. 

Once we receive your email, we will contact you to work out the best way forward to resolve the issue.
